This 220,000 square foot building consists of a 4-story Hospital connected to a  4-story Medical Office Building by a sky lit atrium lobby.

The structure spans two city  blocks and is situated above an underground garage .

The award winning design is sunlit  and cheerful, homelike but elegant in  character.

The atrium welcomes patients and visitors with fountains, flowering plants and bronze statuary.

Balconies, bridge walkways, gift shop, and a sidewalk café add pleasing human sound and movement to the atrium which functions as an interior “street.”

The building is linked to the main hospital with a sky bridge and its exterior blends well with the rest of the campus while maintaining its distinctive architectural character.
