Marion J. Chaney, P.E. received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1955.  He has been a licensed mechanical engineer in Louisiana since 1955.  A recognized civic and professional leader, he brings in-depth leadership, organizational skills and extensive professional experience to the team.  He is a certified technical Analyst for the State of Louisiana, and has developed numerous major institutional energy conservation programs.
